The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University
Founded in 1957, The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University (FAHCMU) is one of the largest tertiary-grade A hospitals in southwestern China. Operating across two major campuses—the main campus and the Jinshan campus—the hospital maintains over 3,200 beds and handles more than 4 million outpatient visits annually, making it a dominant force in regional healthcare.
As the clinical teaching hub of Chongqing Medical University, FAHCMU employs over 5,000 staff, including more than 500 senior physicians.
