Fudan University Eye & ENT Hospital
Fudan University Eye & ENT Hospital (also known as Fudan University ENT Hospital) was founded in 1952. It is a Grade 3A specialist hospital directly under the National Health Commission and one of the largest and most prestigious eye and ear, nose, and throat (ENT) medical centers in China. Serving as the National Clinical Research Center for Ophthalmology and ENT, the hospital operates three campuses — Baoqing Road (main), Pudong, and Minhang — with approximately 900 beds and over 2 million outpatient visits annually. It employs more than 1,000 medical and research professionals. 
Both ophthalmology and ENT are national key disciplines. The ophthalmology department leads nationally in cataract, glaucoma, retinal disease, and refractive surgery, equipped with advanced platforms including femtosecond laser systems. The ENT department excels in cochlear implantation, endoscopic sinus surgery, head and neck oncology, and sleep medicine, ranking among the top in cochlear implant volume nationwide.With over seven decades of specialized legacy, the hospital stands as a national-level center integrating clinical care, research, and training, consistently driving China's ophthalmic and otolaryngologic advancement.
